Delivery
We offer a postal delivery service to your chosen destination, which will require a signature, so this can be different from your billing address if necessary. (for example to your work address, a friend or relative who is willing to receive your order)
We will endeavour to deliver products within 5-6 days of your order through the standard postal service. We shall not be liable for any failure to make delivery within the time estimate above.
The cost of delivery within the UK is just £3.00. If your order exceeds five garments the weight difference puts the delivery charge up to £5.99, However if you spend over £150.00, we will deliver your products FREE OF CHARGE.
For overseas orders the charge is £9.00, and regrettably we can not offer any “free of charge” delivery.
Returns Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase then goods unworn, can be returned within 10 days of receipt.
Goods must be returned first before any monies will be refunded. The refund can be refused if the garments are not “as new”.
If you are returning goods it is important that you obtain “proof of postage” certificate from the post office, as we will not be held responsible for lost parcels.
We are happy to exchange items up to 28 days of receipt of purchase.
No exchange or refund is offered to products purchased as a sale item.
Unfortunately we do not refund postage; if goods are returned or exchanged we will not be liable for these costs.
Your statuary rights are not affected.
